Mi2’s partner Everstream will be performing network maintenance Monday Nov. 4th and Tuesday the 5th. Mi2 service will be briefly affected.

This is a reminder of Everstream’s upcoming network maintenance.
The initial notification was sent on October 15.
ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4, AND TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, EVERSTREAM WILL CONDUCT A REQUIRED SOFTWARE UPDATE ON ALL TRANSPORT EQUIPMENT ON OUR NETWORK.
THIS UPDATE IS TO IMPROVE NETWORK STABILITY AND WILL IMPACT SERVICE.
PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE FOLLOWING DETAILS CAREFULLY AND COMPLETELY.

While Everstream will use the entire maintenance window, any impact to
you will last approximately 15 minutes per event with multiple 15-minute
Our engineers will perform a required software update on all transport
equipment across the Everstream network. These updates are being done
proactively to improve network stability.
Nodes will be upgraded in groups during the two 6-hour maintenance
windows noted above. Node groups will be determined to avoid
simultaneous resets at multiple key locations on our network.
All services are subject to impact.
EACH PERIOD OF IMPACT WILL LAST UP TO 15 MINUTES, AND YOU MAY EXPERIENCE MULTIPLE 15-MINUTE EVENTS AS THE UPDATE GROUPS ARE PROCESSED DURING THE MAINTENANCE WINDOW.
No action is required on your part in advance of this maintenance.
